CDM Compliance

The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015, or CDM 2015, are designed to cover health, safety and welfare. They apply to M&E projects to manage potential risks from the start to the completion of a project. We fully understand our role in ensuring the success and safety of your M&E project under CDM 2015. This includes helping you to understand your responsibilities to planning, managing, and monitoring the work. We foster a culture of health and safety on our projects to safeguard the well-being of all individuals involved in the project.

We fully implement CDM 2015 across our M&E projects. We have the knowledge and experience to act as your CDM compliance guide, advising and assisting you in fulfilling your duties. You are provided you with a single point of contact throughout a project. In addition to CDM co-ordination and management, we are often engaged as the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor.

Principal Designer

When we are appointed as Principal Designer, we work closely with you and the project stakeholders to ensure compliance with the CDM 2015 Regulations and that the legal duties are met. We have the technical knowledge to understand, manage, and coordinate the pre-construction phase and any design work that is carried out after construction begins on your M&E projects. As the Principal Designer, we plan, manage, monitor, and coordinate the pre-construction phase, ensuring potential health and safety risks are understood and managed.

Principal Contractor

Principal Contractor

We have the skills, knowledge, experience and training to act as Principal Contractor on your M&E project. We fully understand the duties and roles. As the Principal Contractor, we plan, manage and co-ordinate work during the construction phase. We manage and control potential health and safety risks and ensure legal duties under CDM 2015 Regulations are met.
