A Packaging line upgrade - simplified with LiDAR scanning.
For one of our FCMG customers, the introduction of a new product required a change to their manufacturing process with a packaging line upgrade. We helped simplify the process of determining the new engineering design solution with the use of 3D scanning to create a 3D representation of the site. Vogal Group used the latest LiDAR scanners to map the project, creating true-colour point clouds, high resolution imagery and geotagged details. We then created a digital copy in which to explore different design solutions and plan the project implementation.
